The Valley District Board of Directors has voted unanimously to enter into a Memorandum of Understand with California State University, San Bernardino, CSUSB Foundation, Water Resources Institute, and Rancho Santa Ana Botanical Gardens to develop a Water Conservation Demonstration Garden to be located on the CSUSB Campus.
