An autopsy was performed Friday on a 52-year-old woman whose husband found her unconscious in a backyard fountain in Vista, authorities said.Annette Leathers was discovered by her husband at the couple's home at 560 Sunset Drive around 6 p.m. Thursday, said an investigator with the San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office.
